In Swahili lengo means focus.  To direct the vision of your company into tangible outcomes, the focus of the company must align with that vision.  For most businesses, the vision reflects the company culture, and the expected results are impactful to the organization and stakeholders. However, the path to get to that vision is blurred.  As with any statement of purpose, there must be a well-vetted process to support it.  This process requires a direct and narrowly tailored focus which incorporates various aspects of the company.
